The Bonde Boca in Santa Teresa (there's another in Rio, in Copacabana) is a good discovery. Housed in a beautiful Santa building, it serves simple, traditional and innovative cuisine of impeccable quality. Grilled meat and fish, shrimp bobo, but also good vegetarian dishes (ratatouille, a mushroom Strogonoff). The menu is quite comprehensive. The atmosphere is relaxed. In both establishments, the service is impeccable, with a team of attentive staff. From the terrace, a magnificent view of Rio.
