Minas cuisine is a true institution in the southeast of Brazil. Some would say that it is the antithesis of the light snack, but it is nonetheless very tasty. The Estaçao Minas, as its name indicates, offers an economical formula to get to know a very good Minas Gerais cuisine, with about ten salads and fifteen hot dishes, including house specialties such as torresmo or feijão tropeiro. Dessert lovers will not forget to try the banana pie. Good value for money.
