This is the little brother of the Botafogo restaurant. While Botafogo's location makes it a little more glamorous, Barra Shopping's is an interesting option when you're in the Oeste zone. Peruvian fusion cuisine is the result of Andean, African, Spanish and Asian peoples coming together in modern Peruvian society. This fusion is reflected in the kitchens, as chef Marco Espinoza and some of the cooks are Peruvian, while others are Brazilian. Ceviche is the most emblematic dish.
