Firmly rooted in Japanese culinary tradition, the art of sushi is truly practiced here. The Haru sushi bar is certainly a fine address, just a few steps from the decorated cobblestones of the orla. The restaurant offers an omakase menu at 350 reais. The mixed course offers 15 pieces (salmon sashimi, sushi, California rolls and Philadelphia rolls). In the evening, one of the house specialties is white fish ceviche. Oysters also feature prominently. The prices are right and the quality unquestionable.
