With its warm, wooded decor, this is without doubt the best Asian restaurant in Rio, quite simply. Since 1998, Nam Thai has given pride of place to Thai and Asian dishes, spicing up some of them to give them almost the original flavor of the Kingdom of Siam. Some dishes are a must: Nuea Massaman (strips of beef, coconut sauce, almonds and a spicy aniseed and cinnamon curry), Pad Pong Garee (shrimp, ginger, sweet peppers and Indian curry) or Neung Nam Man Hoi salmon.
