Cipriani is the main restaurant at Belmond Copacabana Palace. Suffice it to say that the service is impeccable. It overlooks the patio and pool, in a setting with a foretaste of paradise. The cuisine is tinged with a northern Italian influence: chef Carli previously ran the kitchens at the Hotel Cipriani in Venice. Try the thinly sliced lamb with goat cheese ravioli and Dijon mustard tartlets! If you want to reserve the chef's table in the heart of the kitchen, it will cost you over 1000 reais...

Cela fait + d'un an que le chef du Cipriani de Venise n'officie + au Cipriani du Copacabana Palace ! Il serait bon de mettre votre fiches à jour ! Dîner du 13 avril 2019, un fiasco complet ! Coeur d'aloyau impossible à couper au couteau tant la viande était dure et immangeable ! Sommes partis après le plat, pas dessert. 230 € pour 2 entrées, 2 plats et 1 vin rosé, une véritable honte ! Aucun geste commercial pour palier le summum de notre insatisfaction ! Quant au personnel, même pas souriant.
