"Chez Claude" is one of the latest restaurants to be opened by Claude Troisgros, the French chef in vogue in the Carioca capital, already responsible for the Olympe, CT Boucherie, CT Brasserie and Leblon establishments. You can dine almost in the kitchen, and watch him at work behind the stove. This is haute gastronomy from the kitchen of the chef from Roanne! For discerning palates and gourmets .
