The Rio Minho is a river on the Iberian Peninsula. As you may have guessed, this establishment honors Portuguese and Spanish cuisine. Open since 1884, this excellent fish restaurant is the oldest restaurant in the city of Rio still "in business". It has been a meeting place for some of the country's most illustrious personalities, including the Baron de Rio Branco, a leading Brazilian diplomat! Try the leão velloso soup, a tropical adaptation of our bouillabaisse!
