This charming colonial house is in the heart of Santa Teresa, just a few hundred meters from the bohemian quarter. Mauricio, a French-speaking artist, does his utmost to make his guests feel at home, with simplicity and good taste. Rooms are furnished with old-fashioned woodwork. Some have air-conditioning and private bathrooms, while others have fans and/or shared bathrooms. The pool is very pleasant and the welcome is in French. The marmosets mischievously spy on guests during breakfast.
