Comfortable hotel of good standard, with swimming pool, offering small rooms at a lower price than most youth hostels
This hotel couldn't be better located. It's located on the Avenida Atlântica. From the rooftop and from some rooms, you have a direct view of Copacabana beach. Swimming pool, sauna, gym. Standard rooms are small but functional. Luxury rooms are between 20 and 26 m², and suites are 48 m². An interesting choice. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is decent. There are two hotels in the Astória chain on Copacabana. Hotel Astória, rua República do Peru, is considerably less expensive.

Avec un ami nous avions réservé deux chambres. Une été assez propre mais l'autre donnait l'impression d'avoir été très peu nettoyée, il y avait même de nombreux petits insectes dans la salle de bain... De plus, d'un jour à l'autre la chambre était à peine nettoyée...
Le petit déjeuner est cependant bon et copieux et le personnel de l'hôtel plutôt accueillant. De même l'hôtel est bien situé puisque à 5 minutes à pieds de la plage de Copacabanna.
