The Windsor Excelsior is part of the eponymous hotel group. The establishment in Copacabana is a beautiful hotel, with breathtaking views of the ocean. The most spectacular rooms are the "luxo frentemar", which offer a breathtaking view of the mythical Copacabana beach. Other rooms have a more modest view. All are impeccable, very well kept and pleasant. The buffet breakfast is copious and varied. Free parking. Swimming pool on the roof with terrace. No bad surprises in sight, but a slightly high rating.
