This is not an error in the layout of the edition. The New York City Center is a South Zone mall attached to the Barra Shopping Center in the Barra de Tijuca district, more than an hour from Copacabana. This small mall has just 40 stores, but it's well known among local Cariocas for its popular multiplex with almost 20 cinemas... and a replica of the Statue of Liberty. Personally, we prefer Corcovado. 5 pleasant restaurants offer a variety of dishes. Get to know Barra's daily life.
