Unattractive just a few years ago, the shopping boulevard has become a pleasant place to stroll in the Tijuca (not to be confused with Barra de Tijuca) and Vila Isabel districts. This architecturally sophisticated mall is part of the development process of both districts. It was built on a former training area for the vila Isabel samba school. Its 92 stores offer everything you could possibly need. The "praça de alimentaçao" features some 50 stalls.
