This magnificent colonial house spans 700 m² in the heart of a lush garden. You can admire Portuguese azulejos, hand-painted 18th-century church doors, sculpted 17th-century ceilings, a marble staircase imported from Italy... Le Corbusier, Niemeyer, Burle Marx - all the great architects visited this exceptional house. The entire space, which had long fallen into disrepair, was acquired by the Accor group to turn it into a youth hostel-hotel, Joe & Joe. The place is a must-see.
