This beach could be included in a "wonders not to be revealed" guide. Set in lushly vegetated hills, it's a marvellous little cove, just a few kilometers past Recreio dos Bandeirantes beach. It's considered Rio's best surf spot. A nice little fish restaurant at the end of the lookout... Ideal for recovering from the rough waves of Prainha. This beach is set in a privileged area where no construction is permitted. Just what you need!
