The park is named after Helô Pinheiro, the muse who inspired Tom Jobim and Vinicius de Moraes to write their most famous song, "A garota de Ipanema". It is located above Arpoador beach and features a skate park, and a view of the rock called Pedra do Arpoador, from where Cariocas come to watch the sunset. The small Arpoador district is itself very pleasant, with its pleasant bars and restaurants. Ending the day in this park while waiting for the sun to set is sure to please!
