CASA FRANCAIS BRASIL
A house with a neoclassical facade, a cinema and a space for numerous events and exhibitions
Designed by French architect Grandjean de Montigny, the Casa França-Brasil building is characterized by the austerity of its neoclassical façade. This is no doubt due to its original function. It was once a customs service building. Today, in response to new, more artistic functions, it has become a center for the dissemination of culture and a benchmark for contemporary art. Numerous exhibitions and events showcase Brazil's often-maligned culture.
