Chef Luisa Mendoçà ("Lu" to her friends) created her "Conflor" concept by combining her two passions: cooking and botany. If you want a special cake, with flowers, then the Conflor boutique is well worth a visit. It's the reign of veganism. Here, cakes are made without milk, eggs or casein, and are all decorated with natural flowers. Most cakes are made to order, with the utmost care. A must-see before going to the Bar do Omar.
