The Chocolat du Jour boutique, located in the select Shopping Lebon district, collects international awards for its chocolate-based pastries. The Landmann family works with cocoa from chocolate pods grown on the Santa Luzia fazenda in the Reconcâvo valley, so dear to Jorge Amado. This fazenda sustainably produces chocolate of great finesse. This year, the boutique teamed up with Catalan master Oriol Balaguer to bring a new, original touch to its pastries. The result is remarkable. A must-see!
