Vero means "real" in Italian. We're talking about a real Italian ice-cream maker, offering real handcrafted sorbets. Trained in Bologna, he produces excellent homemade sorbets in original and often surprising flavors. The lavender and lemon flavors have the good idea of evoking the scents of Drôme provençale and southern Italy, so dear to the hearts of so many Seyssinois. If you're really hungry, Vero also offers savoury snacks (including pizzas, of course) and good coffee. Everything is done in the spirit of quality cuisine.
