Nicola and Maria Fernanda Picavet have set up shop on the second floor of Galeria Condor in Catete. Trained in pastry-making in their native France, they offer this very French specialty, often imitated, rarely equaled: éclairs in two sizes and nine flavors. Vanilla, chocolate, coffee, bitter chocolate, but also more original flavors (cherry with a touch of rose, capuaçu...). If you're feeling a little blue (unlikely in Brazil)... or a little hungry (more likely), this is an address you need to know.
