It is advisable to book in advance because the hotel includes only four large and very comfortable apartments. After enriching his skills throughout the world where he has served in renowned kitchens, he will receive you warmly in the dining room or on the terrace overlooking the river in an atmosphere conducive to tasting. The map is attractive. Working exclusively with carefully selected ingredients (vegetables, mushrooms, fresh herbs…) and homemade products such as pasta and bread, the restaurant offers a fine quality cuisine combining traditional and creativity with flavors and colorful touches of tropical cuisine. Everything is delicious, including the very appetizing breakfast.
