Trindade offers several restaurants serving local cuisine. This is not Paraty with its starred restaurants and French chefs, but seafood is often showcased through simple but tasty cuisine and often at lower prices than in the nearby colonial town. The "Cabana" is thus a good restaurant of local cuisine, with a hearty Brazilian dish of the day (rice, black beans, farofa and meat or fish). An excellent address for fast and good food. Also serves good breakfasts.
