In the romantic Casablanca Imperial Hotel, the Casablanca Bistro is a refined, tasteful restaurant. The place itself is well worth the trip. The 60 seats are harmoniously arranged in a wood-panelled room with a fireplace and flickering candles in the evening. The dishes have a strong French influence (although the menu refers to "a slight French accent"). The cuisine is "uncluttered", simple, with noble foods, in the image of the Casablanca Imperial hotel.
