This blue house of industrial architecture, a veritable oasis tucked away on a little street in Secretário, has established itself as one of Petrópolis' finest restaurants. In addition to the quality of its produce, it's the fixed-price menu (starter, main course, dessert) and salads that attract gourmets from all over Brazil. The kitchen is generously supplied by the in-house vegetable garden. Tomato velouté with cashew nuts and mint, mushroom vatapà, coconut rice and low-cooked pork... A relatively reasonable price for the quality on offer.
