Like the Cobal restaurants in Rio de Janeiro, the Recanto gastronomic center is a great place to go if you're feeling peckish. It comprises 4 restaurants: Recanto dos Pescadores, specializing in fish and seafood; Recanto Sushi, offering unlimited sushi, sashimi and brochettes; Casa da Pincanha, specializing in grilled meats; and Recanto do Fondue. The dishes of "tropeiros", i.e. cattle herders, are well worth trying.
