The restaurant's Gascon name is of course a reference to French influences, but the cuisine is a fusion of Mineiro products and Mediterranean flavors. D'Artagnan Bistrô has made a name for itself in the gastronomic city of Belo Horizonte, thanks to its refined cuisine and pleasantly refined ambience. Chef Marise Rache chooses quality ingredients, often organic, to create a Brazilian cuisine with French and Italian influences. Attractive wine list. The seafood tagliatelle is delicious.
