So, as you may have gathered, we're stepping out of South America's hyper-present meat world to try some interesting vegan cuisine. The Las Chicas restaurant is part of the city's "Healthy and Sustainable Food" gastronomic project. Housed in the beautiful "Maletta" building, the restaurant is simple (a new unit has also opened in Savassi). During the day, the menu changes daily. In the evening, pizzas, sandwiches (named after committed women) and hamburgers are light and pleasant. You can also bring your bike.
