On a quiet dead-end street in Belo Horizonte, the pousada Cantim seems to transport guests to bucolic surroundings. The "brick" feel certainly gives the impression of encountering rural Minas. And yet, we are in the great metropolis of Minas. The accommodation is simple and well-kept. The bedding is pleasant. You can relax under the trees in the garden or take a dip in the pousada's small but pleasant swimming pool. Breakfast is decent, but nothing more. Good for families or for a break from the city.
