BeGreen Boulevard is Latin America's first urban farm. Opened in May 2017, in a 1,000 m² greenhouse, urban farmers produce more than 40,000 fresh vegetables a month, promoting a sustainable consumption experience where prices are contained because intermediaries are reduced to the bare minimum. The space also houses a restaurant and an agroecological market. Educational programs on food and sustainable agriculture are organized on a regular basis. An experiment replicated at three sites in Brazil.
