The restaurant Sabor a kilo (flavor by the kilo... because you weigh the food you serve yourself) is a pleasant Ouro Preto restaurant located in a quiet street, far from the hustle and bustle of the tourist spots in the center during the high season. The food on offer is fresh and well-prepared. Vegetarians and vegans are welcome and will have no trouble eating here. As in all the region's kilos, you'll find all the typical and classic Minas Gerais dishes, including the traditional black beans.
