Hotel Rosario's Olga restaurant is one of the city's finest dining experiences. Starters are finely crafted, and dishes are often Minas classics revisited in an international fusion style. The traditional Romeo and Juliet (cheese with guava jam) has a special place and flavor here. The cellar is particularly well cared for, and the sommelier has tried to promote wine and wine tasting by offering quality bottles at affordable prices. Wine is also available by the glass.
