Andorinhas Park (or Swallows Park) is a municipal nature park. It is part of the Cachoeira das Andorinhas Environmental Protection Area (APA). Covering an area of 557 hectares, it is supervised by guides. It takes its name from a waterfall inside a cave-like rock formation that is home to large numbers of ring-necked swallows. It can be reached from Tiradentes square, 5 km away. Beautiful waterfalls for swimming. Take good shoes.
