VILA DO BIRIBIRI
In the eponymous state park, Vila do Biribiri (or Biribiri village) is a place steeped in history where you can spend a day. The village grew out of the area's industrial history, when a textile factory provided jobs for the entire region. The village was emptied of its inhabitants when the site closed, but some remained. The little village of blue and white houses has been reinvested by a few families. Two small restaurants complete this bucolic setting, taking us back to the inner Minas of the 19th century.
