TRAGALUZ
Housed in a venerable 300-year-old mansion, Tragaluz is another Michelin-starred restaurant in Tiradentes, in an enchanting, romantic setting. The chef has managed to give mineira cuisine its letters of nobility. He revisits traditional dishes with an international touch. The menu, presented like a text of cordel literature, offers dishes to delight every palate. Smoked surumbi with orange sauce, filet with mushrooms, grilled carrots and bananas. It's certainly not cheap, but it's very interesting, sophisticated and unpretentious.
