Created in 1988 the Team Folklórico da Bahia is the only professional dance dance in Brazil. It has been composed of 38 artists, dancers, musicians and singers for an hour and a half the most remarkable aspects of popular culture, revealing African influences that have fed it: capoeira, maculelê, puxada of silt, xaxado, ginga, samba, boi… The troupe has made numerous national and international tours recognized by the public and by specialized critics. It is better to spend a few hours in the theatre before the show to reserve its place.
