On dit que la ville de Salvador compte 365 églises, une pour chaque jour. Celle-ci n'avait rien d'extraordinaire. J'étais très déçue. Heureusement que la vue sur la ville était jolie.

This church is a true symbol of Salvador. What makes it charm is the thousands of multicolored ribbons hanging on the fence. We come here to make vows and pray. If you have a car, you can easily go there and park in front.

N'hésitez pas à y aller de préférence au moment de la messe. L'ambiance est vraiment très joyeuse. l'autel est magnifique
Nous y sommes allés seuls en bus, Il n'y a pas de police dans le quartier mais on ne se sent pas du tout en insécurité.

Si l'Eglise vaut le déplacement ce n'est pas tant pour le monument en lui-même que pour observer la ferveur des croyants (particulièrement pendant une messe). Se balader dans les alentours permet d'avoir de jolies vues sur l'Eglise
