Reserve 7 signposted paths to follow on foot, on horseback or by bike, leading to the magnificent Rio Pojuca waterfalls
Created in 1999, this reserve aims to protect the fauna and flora of the region. Consisting of more than 600 ha of mata atlântica, it is crossed by 7 marked paths that can be walked, ridden or cycled. All the paths lead to the magnificent waterfalls of the Rio Pojuca.
An excellent half-day or full-day excursion if you stay several days in Praia do Forte. To get there, join the Linha Verde and turn south for 2 km.
