Viewpoint with a 360° view of the village and surrounding area, offering spectacular sunsets
You can walk to the lighthouse overlooking the village, built in 1835. This is certainly one of the most emblematic views of Morro de São Paulo, and perhaps of all Bahia. From the promontory, this vantage point offers a 360° view of the village and its surroundings. It can be reached after a 15-minute walk of moderate difficulty, or by taking the funicular from the first beach. The sunsets are spectacular.
