Restaurant offering typical brasserie dishes.
Chez le Brasseur takes you back to an early 20th-century beer factory. Every Tuesday, you can even watch the brewer at work. Jovial service is prompt at lunchtime. Specialties include the famous flammekueches, delicious Alsatian tarts flambéed with a variety of fillings, including one with Saint-Nectaire cheese. Sauerkraut, fish and meat a la plancha and other typical brasserie dishes complete the menu. For dessert, Liège and Brussels waffles, ice cream sundaes and even watered-down sundaes are sure to please.
