Chez le Brasseur immerses us in an early 20th-century beer factory. You can even see the brewer at work on Tuesdays. The welcome is jovial, and service is fast at lunchtime. Specialties include the famous flammekueches, delicious Alsatian tarts flambéed with a variety of fillings, including one with Saint-Nectaire cheese. Sauerkraut, fish and meat a la plancha and other typical brasserie dishes complete the menu. For dessert, Liège and Brussels waffles, ice-cream sundaes and even watered-down sundaes are sure to please.

A bar-restaurant that's also an authentic microbrewery. Lunch or dinner at Chez le Brasseur is a rare opportunity to see a real brewery in operation. Brewing beers before your very eyes sets the tone for a highly original setting. Never has the phrase "direct from producer to consumer" been so true. Beer has never been fresher. Beers with exclusive recipes. In addition to their freshness, all our beers have a unique character. developed by our head brewer Sylvain Fraisse, they offer the palate a variety of flavors to accompany an entire meal. Flammekueches, choucroutes, salads, hamburgers, fish, meats, stews and desserts all owe much to our brewing heritage. Our exclusive and varied recipes allow you to enjoy a quick lunch or a culinary treat.
