This bakery offers good organic breads, made from sourdough and baked 24 hours after kneading. This is what we call a long fermentation, which gives the products character. Alongside breads such as Méteil, made with wholemeal rye flour and semi-complete wheat flour, or Popeye bread, the bread for sports enthusiasts, there are delicacies such as pomponette and babkas. Two sales outlets, in the Aubière shopping zone and in the Halle gourmande Saint-Pierre, serve the Clermont-Ferrand area.
