The Maison Desprat Saint-Verny boutique is a privileged space to meet with the wine. The cellar welcomes the customers on more than 200 m². Many references are to be discovered among the most beautiful bottles of the best wine estates. The house sells wines from vineyards cultivated on volcanic soil, labelled AOC Côtes d'Auvergne or IGP Puy-de-Dôme, including some exceptional wines. The space also features spirits and beers. A delicatessen corner allows you to finish your shopping on a gourmet note.

Desprat Saint Verny has created "La Maison du Vin", a chain of specialised shops, one in Aurillac and the other in Aubière. The "Maisons du Vin" offer private individuals and company committees a privileged space for tasting and discovering: fine French and foreign wines, rare vintages and grands crus, spirits and alcohols, regional wines, including a unique range of Auvergne wines, regional aperitifs, objects dedicated to serving wine, personalised gifts and parcels to be sent. The reception, advice, services and animations are provided by the team of sommeliers.
