In a very simple and typical setting of the small popular restaurants of the northeast, with its plastic chairs and isothermal cases for beer, we will taste traditional dishes. Here, we are far from the new cuisine and the sophisticated atmosphere of the good restaurants of the city. The menu could not be simpler. You only eat the traditional carne-de-sol and manioc puree with coalho cheese. Only the size of the plate varies. You can take portions for 2, 3, 4 or 5 people, which the locals accompany with a cold beer.
