I booked a car for two weeks from Natal. Arrived at Unidas airport refused to rent me the vehicle on the pretext that I would not have paid a previous lease (which is wrong because the payment is always done before the vehicle is taken care of). Was it a dishonest employee or an excuse because the reserved vehicle was not available? I found myself with the suitcases in the airport lobby without a car to continue the journey. Luckily, I was able to find a vehicle at another rental (Movida) where the service was perfect. I will never reserve a vehicle at Unidas.
