We'll make a momentary infidelity to the North-Eastern cuisine by going to Mina d'Agua. It is a restaurant of specialities from Minas Gerais (the chef is from there), everything is presented in the form of a self-service buffet. It is a return to a very Brazilian tradition. Here, the food is weighed and paid for by the kilo. Everything is very good, main dishes as well as side dishes, and the proposals change every day. Excellent desserts. A good address.
