Lovers of good sushi will find something here to satisfy the most demanding and delicate palates. A lot of fish and a creative cuisine in this restaurant which is among the best in Pipa. It is a European and Asian fusion revisited with a Brazilian touch. The menu is certainly simple, but the dishes offered are varied and especially the technique of sushi is superbly mastered. The tuna dishes (with sesame or mango chutney) are very popular with the customers... Responsive and professional service, a bit of a wait at the entrance some evenings.
