Restaurant whose chef perpetuates a family culinary tradition started by his grandparents on the banks of the Faye.
Chef Jean-François Fafournoux continues a family culinary tradition begun by his grandparents on the banks of the Faye. A member of the Toques d'Auvergne and a creative chef, he plays with the tastes of the land he loves to surprise his customers. Fish and meat are equally represented on the menu, with just the right combinations, sometimes daring, such as gambas with fourme d'Ambert cheese. The dishes are presented with great finesse. Together with his wife, Muriel, who creates surprisingly sweet treats, they form an irresistible duo!
