It is quite easy to get from the capital of Cearà to the old fishing village. The company São Benedito has regular connections between the two cities. Six buses a day leave from the rodoviária in Fortaleza towards Canoa Quebrada between 6am and 5.30pm. Count 3 hours of travel. The same for the return trip. Count R$ 29. Currently, it seems that the service is limited to 3 buses per day, at 9am, 11am and 5.30pm. Services are expected to resume at their normal pace from winter 2021. Otherwise, you can stop in Aracati and take a van.
