Founded in 1958 by Fridolin Meyer and handed down to his son Jean-Claude in 1979, this Alsatian distillery is currently the most awarded in France, with a record of some 200 medals and two awards of excellence! The jewel in the crown of the Vallée de Villé, Meyer's is now run by Jean-Claude's sons, Lionel and Arnaud. The latter pay tribute to their late father with a Single Malt 12-year-old whisky produced in an edition of 53, in reference to its 53 proof! Don't hesitate to visit the highly instructive museum, where you'll discover a multitude of things!
